Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order to Canada and the United States. No minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States only.
How long it takes
- Order processing: 1–3 business days to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Delivery times are estimates. During busy periods (like Black Friday and the holidays) and in remote areas, orders can take a few extra days.
Holiday orders: for the best chance of arriving before the holidays, please order by December 5.
Where your order ships from
Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners, which is how we keep shipping free. If you order more than one item, or the Night Ritual Set, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to start updating, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.
Customs and duties
Your package will clear customs on its way to you. If a carrier or customs office ever asks you to pay a fee before delivery, please email us before paying so we can help.
Lost, late or damaged packages
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 15 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us. We'll look into it and send a replacement or a refund if it's lost.
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
